Adidas for Topshop is coming – MARCH 20th
Everyone that knows me knows I love sportswear. I’m a 90s girl so I’ve always (no mater what the fashion gurus said) felt the need to have a couple of hoodies in my wardrobe. Right now the sportswear trend is at its pinnacle, and I’m working at a digital agency. Which means I’m in the right place, at the right time to be wearing sports gear A LOT. Before I have to start wearing it again incognito.
You’ve probably already heard about the Topshop Adidas collaboration which is launching on March the 20th (yes that next week baby). There have barely been any images released. But I’ve been searching the blogosphere to find what images I can.
And here’s what I’ve found
The collection contains 20-pieces, including trainers which you can see in the last image above. The designs are staying true to Adidas’ signature styles but the pieces are all tailored slightly. So expect slimmer legs! There’s a lot of floral print and the logo is reworked with a floral design. Personally I’d love to carry off the full on floral but I reckon the grey hoody will be my piece of the collection. For any onesie lovers; the image above of the traditional B&W suit is actually a onesie…. I’m not a onesie fan (just putting it out there), but if I was – I’d be tempted!
Topshop’s Creative Director, Kate Phelan, says the collection aims to bring some ‘femininity’ to the usual sportswear designs. I say bring it on!
Charlottle Wiggins, who is the face of Topshop’s current campaign, models the range.
The full collection launches on March 20th in Topshop stores nationwide and online, with prices starting from £25.
